Charcoal is a kind of coal type that is produced by layering wood up in a pile, then placing dirt everywhere but the center. Light the wood that is below the missing piece and then close it in with the last piece of dirt. Charcoal can be ground to be used for gunpowder, or it can be a fuel. It bears a whitish color, unlike other coals.
