Berserkers are Norse creatures that are extremely powerful in combat. In said combat, they go into a berserk fury called "berserkergang". In this fury they fight without losing any stamina and reducing damage taken. They can also transform into an animal, depending on the animal they are wearing the pelt of. Their attributes are directly influenced by their animal, leaving customization very open. After combat however, they lose all stamina and must rest for up to a day. They are also not very intelligent, and lack all discipline. As such, they are often used as shocktroopers, leaving larges gaps in the opposing army. They are most often allied with the Germans, Norse, and Celts. They do not fit well in the Roman army, though they have been hired by the Carthaginians to fight the Romans.
